1. Changes To Privacy Policy
We modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in which case we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g. by email sent to the email address specified in your account) and obtain your consent and take additional steps as required by applicable law. Notice may be by email to you at the last email address you provided us, by posting notice of such changes on the Services, or by other means, consistent with applicable law.

2. Information we collect & How we use it
2.1: All users
2.1.1: Using your phone number we store in order to send your a one time short code to authenticate on to the platform
2.1.2 Using Google or Apple to use the platform, we collect your email, third-party identifier for basic app use and authenticating on to the platform
2.2: All owners of a business & All members of a business
2.2.1: When you scan and redeem the ticket for a customer, we collect who has scanned and redeemed the ticket for business data.
2.2.2: Using the future for sending tickets to a sms number will be tracked by who and which business for security purpose and protection for the "platform".
2.3: Use of the platform
2.3.1: When you register and sign in, we collect your IP address, device ID, device type, and log your actions to maintain security for "you" and the "platform."
3. Disclosure of Your Information
3.1: When using your phone number to use our platform, we use a Third Party Service to send sms to our customers and your phone number is shared with that service
3.2: No other personal information is shared
4. Security
4.1: We use reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1: Deleting your account, You can request within the app and mobile website for an account deletion or send an email to support found on the support page. We delete your account after 30 days of the initial request.
5.2: Request account data, To request your data, you need to send an email, and within 3 days you will receive a zip file with all associated data from our database.
5.3: Opt out of marketing, We currently don't have marketing emails.
Google Firebase Authentication
6.1: For the purposes of authenticating users, we use Google Firebase's Authentication services to manage user accounts and login processes. Specifically, we utilize the Firebase Authentication SDK to collect limited information about authenticated users, including:
* User ID (unique identifier for each user)
* Email address associated with the account
6.2: We only access and process this data as necessary to facilitate the authentication process and provide functionality on our platform.
6.3: We do not retain or use any personal data collected through Firebase Authentication for marketing, advertising, or other purposes. The primary purpose of using Firebase Authentication is to securely manage user accounts and login processes.
6.4: By using our platform, you acknowledge that we are relying on Google Firebase's Authentication services to handle user authentication, and that you have reviewed and accepted the terms of service and data collection policies of Google Firebase.
7. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
7.1: We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data through the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us through the Services, please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
