Pre Register

What does it do:

In order to onboard new customers we have built a easy register flow for SMS Tickets, in order to save time we want to elimate having the customer saying their phone number out loud to your staff and instead using your unique coatcheck url where the customer fills in their number and from their they can easily be helped by their QR code they receive after pre registering.

Online Payments?

Without online payment integration, we currently offer the online payment through this pre register flow for customers with a phone number. (Payments with existing coatcheck users planned)

How does it work:

1. The customer regiser through the website with simply filling in their phone number
   1. If you have payments enabled, Customer can optionally pay the ticket online
2. Once filled in, the page will return them with a QR code that they can show to the staff
3. The staff scan's the QR code to retrieve their phone number
   1. In the admin app they can go to the pre register and select the phone number manually from the list. These are stored for 1 Hour until it has been resolved

How to setup?

1. Go to Pre register in your dashboard and start by clicking enable
2. You will see a public link that is specific for your business where the customer can pre register, Most suggested is to place a QR code in person where the customers can scan the code with their phone to get started
