Tags management
A TAG is mostly a coat hanger or some label where the text is put on to identify the customer belongings along the ticket, in most cases its numbers but we support text based which is numbers and characters.
Notes:
- Its not required to register the TAG before hand, if the text TAG isn't registered it will create upon ticket creation.
Example of the tag assignment:
While you assign the tag, it will check as well if its not in use in case for duplicate numbers
Faster TAG assignment with NFC
To reduce time you can assign a tag via a NFC sticker/chip that is registered as a TAG (NFC type) that can be linked to a text based TAG
Note:
This needs to be registered and linked before you can use them.
