Customize your business

Your business profile appears on digital tickets, pre-register pages, and customer-facing flows. Configure it under Administration → Customize in the dashboard.

   Basic information

   • Business name — shown on tickets and registration pages
   • Description — helps guests understand your venue

   Visual branding

   • Accent color — used on digital tickets, pre-register, and communications
   • Banner image — appears on the public pre-register page and ticket backgrounds

   Tip

   Use a high-quality banner (recommended about 1200×630px) and an accent color that matches your brand.

   Location and contact

   Keep location and contact fields accurate so customers and payment setup (Stripe) align with your real venue. Payment prices can be bound to location—see online payments.

Click Save changes at the bottom of the page. Updates apply immediately to customer-facing surfaces. Open your pre-register link on a phone to confirm branding looks correct.
