when the network does.

If venue Wi-Fi goes out or our servers go down, the admin app can still check out anyone already checked in. That path is what keeps the cloakroom open.

Venue Wi-Fi drops
The admin app already has tonight's checked-in guests on the device. The counter keeps moving.
Servers unreachable
Checkout does not wait on the cloud. Staff redeem from the local cache and keep the line short.
It syncs when you're back
Queued checkouts write back the moment the connection returns. The floor and the dashboard stay aligned.

What staff actually do in the app.

Check a coat in: SMS, an app QR, or someone from the pre-register list. Assign a label, QR, or NFC tag, and take a photo if you want one on the ticket.
Check a coat out: Scan, type the pickup code, or find the guest from the list. The same app handles a normal pickup and a rescue.
Keep going offline: If the Wi-Fi or the connection drops, checkout for guests already checked in still works from the phone, and syncs when the network is back.
